By downloading, installing, or using Budgii ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Budgii is a household budgeting application that allows users to track income, expenses, and budgets. The App provides tools for individual and household financial management, including real-time syncing across devices and shared household budgeting.
To use Budgii, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. The trial provides full access to all Budgii Pro features. No charge is made during the trial period.
Subscription Plans: Budgii Pro is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($39.99/year) subscription. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
iOS Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Web Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through our website are processed by Stripe. You can manage your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.
Refunds: For App Store purchases, refund requests must be submitted through Apple. For web purchases, please contact our support team.
Budgii allows you to create or join households to share budgeting data with other users. By joining a household, you consent to sharing your financial data (income, expenses, budgets) with all members of that household. The household owner's subscription covers all household members (up to 6).

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Budgii and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Budgii does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Budgii is a budgeting tool and does not provide financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budgii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on data in the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
